Terms of Service for QuietRefuge

QuietRefuge, referred to as we, our, or us, operates a quiet recovery retreat for seniors and rest programs at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0A9, Canada (the Retreat). By booking or accessing any services, info products or goods (Services, Products) you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We offer guided recovery retreats for seniors and related rest programs. Bookings require full payment at time of reservation. To book, visit our contact form or call +14164920687.

1.1 Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund processed to the original form of payment within 14 days. Cancellations less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior may reschedule the retreat once without additional fee, subject to availability. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 14 days of the start date, as resources and staff assignments are secured in advance. We may, at our discretion, offer a credit valid for one year from the original start date.

2. Info Products

QuietRefuge provides digital guides and educational materials related to senior wellness and rest techniques.

2.1 Purchases

All purchases are final once access is granted. Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase and before any download or streaming begins. To request a refund, use our contact form with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original form of payment.

3. Goods

QuietRefuge may offer wellness kits and rest accessories.3.1 Returns and Refunds

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To return, contact us via our contact form. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective. If a product is defective, replacement or full refund is provided after inspection.

4. Liability

We are not liable for any harm arising from participation in our retreats beyond direct control. Participants must disclose any health issues prior to arrival.

5. Privacy
